It is usually our BIGGEST Sunday of year, and certainly that was the case this year as it was our biggest Sunday of 2011 thus far!! Our total attendance Sunday morning at church was 561. The children in attendance numbered 398!!! Three hundred ninety-eight children in church– can you imagine the energy and excitement? And the best part is that four folks came to know Christ as Savior on Sunday: one adult and three teenagers. The children who came definitely heard the Gospel. Please pray that the seed fell on good ground and will one day come to fruition with the salvation of all of those children.
The buses were packed out on Sunday as the numbers will show:
The South bus had 189 people
The north bus had 207 people
The east bus had 67 people ( on a 35 passenger bus )
We had one fellow in our church, John the Baptist, who brought 35 kids to church on Sunday. He walked those kids 4 miles out to the main road.
